Pool hours will be as follows:
Saturday - Thursday: 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, Friday: 7:00 am to 10:00 pm
To gain entry to the pool, you will need the RFID key card assigned to your address. I will be available at the pool on Friday 5/25 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm and on Saturday 5/26 from 8:30 to 10:00 am if you would like to pick up your pool card. To receive your pool card, your account must be in good standing. You may pay any outstanding balance when picking up your card. If you already have your pool card from last year, your card will be automatically activated if no dues are owed.
Some frequently asked questions:
Q: How old do I have to be to use the pool? A: The pool is available to all PPOA residents and their guests. Persons under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Q: Is there a lifeguard at the pool? A: No. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk and please be careful.
Q: Can my infant wear their diaper in the pool? A: Standard diapers are not allowed in the pool. Swim diapers are required for infants at all times. This is to protect the pool from contamination and being temporarily shut down.
Q: May I rent the pool to host a party or event? A: No. Due to limitations in our insurance policy, the pool is not available for private parties.
Q: May I loan my card to a guest at my home for them to visit the pool? A: The pool cards should be in the possession of a member of your home and not loaned to guests. A member of your household must be present with any guests visiting the pool.
Q: How do I get a replacement key card? A: A replacement card can be purchased for $30 and takes 10-14 business days to activate.

A couple reminders:
Please close your umbrella before leaving the pool. These umbrellas are quite expensive and we usually have to replace a couple each year due to them being left open and being damaged by wind.
Please be respectful to those visiting the pool. Profanity, alcohol, and smoking is not allowed in the pool area.
I hope you all have a safe and wonderful time enjoying our pool this year!
